Because many of our products are personalised, the time required to prepare and ship your order may vary. Here’s a general guide to our lead times:

  • Personalised Products: Standard production time is between 5-7 business days. This time is required for personalisation and quality checking.
  • Non-Personalised Products: These are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
  • Urgent Requests: If you have an urgent order, we can expedite production and reduce lead times, subject to availability. Please contact us directly for urgent requests, and we will do our best to accommodate faster delivery.

Please note that delivery times may also vary based on the size of the order, product availability, and any customisations required. We will always notify you of any significant delays or changes to your expected delivery date.

2. Delivery Prices

Our delivery charges are calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of your order.

  • United Kingdom:
    • Orders over £25: Free Shipping
    • Orders below £25: Flat Rate of £3.95

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the delivery service provider. You can use this information to track the progress of your delivery. If you have not received your tracking details within 48 hours of your order being shipped, please contact us.

4. Missing or Damaged Orders
